Our Shipping Methods
New orders are typically processed within two hours of being placed during regular business hours. If you need to cancel or change your order, you must contact us immediately. Orders that have been released to shipping cannot be cancelled, but may be returned.
- Immediately after placing your online order, you will receive an order confirmation # email.
- Shortly after, you will then receive your GasExperts invoice # on a second email.
- When your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email which contains your tracking number.
- When your order is delivered, you’ll receive a delivery confirmation email.
Please save these emails for your records.
Our Canadian Customers:
* Please note, GasExperts can ship to a P.O. Box or RR address only via Canada Post.
Canada Post Small Parcel Delivery Service:
By default, a signature will NOT be required in order to receive your order. The Canada Post driver will simply leave your package at your residence. Note, if there is a safe drop location (an appropriate place where your package is sheltered from the weather and not seen by passers-by) your order will be safe dropped.
Optional “Signature Required” Delivery Service:
If you prefer to receive your order with a “Signature Required” option, and you are not home to sign for your delivery, the Canada Post driver will leave a notice card on your door for you to go to the nearest Post Office to sign for your package. Note, if you do not pick up your order within 5 business days it will be returned to Toronto.
If you would prefer a “Signature Required” delivery, please add your request to the Order Notes field at checkout.
Purolator Courier Large Parcel Delivery Service:
By default, a signature will NOT be required in order to receive your order. The Purolator driver will simply leave your package at your residence. Note, if there is a safe drop location (an appropriate safe place where your package is sheltered from the weather and not seen by passers-by) your order will be safe dropped.
Optional “Signature Required” Delivery Service:
If you prefer to receive your order with a “Signature Required” option, and you are not home to sign for your delivery, the Purolator driver will leave a notice card on your door for you to go to their nearest Purolator depot to sign for your package. Note, if you do not pick up your order within 5 business days it will be returned to Toronto.
If you would prefer a “Signature Required” delivery, please add your request to the Order Notes field at checkout.

USPS Small Parcel Delivery Service:
By default, a signature will NOT be required in order to receive your order. The USPS driver only attempts once to deliver your package. If you are not home to sign for your delivery, the driver will leave your package at your residence at an appropriate safe place where your package is sheltered from the weather.
*** Note, USPS does not offer a “Signature Required” delivery option.
UPS Large Parcel Delivery Service:
By default, a signature will NOT be required in order to receive your order. The UPS driver only attempts once to deliver your package. If you are not home, the UPS driver will leave your package at your residence at an appropriate safe place where your package is sheltered from the weather..
